During my visit, I identified two drainage leaks and discovered outdated galvanized piping. I'll return to discuss repair options with them after their warranty company assesses the situation.
A customer reported a faulty hosebib that wouldn't turn off. I promptly inspected, diagnosed, and successfully repaired the issue, ensuring the hosebib functioned correctly.
We installed a new water service main, tunneling under the foundation and running PVC and CTS pipes. We connected new shut-off valves, a PRV, and a meter whip, ensuring no leaks and passing city inspection.
During the service, I cleared a clogged line. Upon inspection, I found a gap where the PVC and clay lines meet. I recommended either repairing the separation or replacing the entire line to ensure proper functionality.
